Tai Chi movement
Tai Chi is a mind-body practice that combines slow, intentional movements with deep breathing and a meditative focus. Originally developed for self-defense, it is now widely practiced for its health benefits, stress relief, and overall well-being. The gentle, continuous motions improve balance, flexibility, and coordination while fostering a deep sense of relaxation and mental clarity. People practice Tai Chi to cultivate inner peace, enhance physical health, and develop harmony between body and mind.
